I like the old app better. I like using g a pin number instead of the pw. Deposits seem to work, but doing anything else is a pain, if I can even figure out how to do it. I wanted to cancel a recurring transfer, finally gave up. I wanted to change the date on an ebill payment, nope, only can change the amount. There are other issues too. Don't like this app! Give us back the old one!!

This new app is awful. I view 12 accounts and tried to rename each one to make things less confusing, but the app will not keep the info and reverts back to the account numbers. Plus for the last 6 months I've been logging in with a pin instead of a pw, but as of this morning it is no longer an option, only a 10 digit pw or face recognition. When I called customer support I was told that the pin log in has never been an option and they couldn't help me. Old app was much better. New Bank time.

Kelly - I am sorry you are frustrated. Our vendor did sunset that PIN feature for Android devices with this most recent update. It was a decision that's not been very well received by their clients. I am told the work around for this is enable biometrics, and force an unrecognizable face or fingerprint, it will default back to the PIN.

Poor - just use the website For no particular reason it messes with pasting credentials from password managers in a way I have not seen before that is incredibly annoying. It also blocks you from pasting the copied SMS text authentication code. On what planet does it make sense to block you from pasting the stupid two-factor authentication code It also doesn't allow for fingerprint authentication either.
