Make sure your location is on before trying to connect. This app will not tell you or give you a option to turn on your location. Now that your location is on you should see "connect" in the bottom right corner, press that and enter 000000 for the password. If it still won't connect you need to reset the scooter. Hold the hand brake and full throttle and the same time then hold the power button on. Don't let go until the screen shuts off, the scooter is reset and now try again.

Useless Connected the 1st time I have never been able to connect again managed to change it from kilometres per hour to miles per hour and and now it is rendered useless because I cannot connect do not waste your space. Rubbish it doesn't even deserve one star a big thumbs down 👎👎👎

App works mostly fine but I notice the energy intensity setting is fixed at adaptive.also in future app updates I hope you guy can add maps travel to app that would be awesome to integrate in the app but over all app is good
