To be fair, I think this is still the first version isn't it? I remember asking for a mobile app a while ago... That being said, right now it's much better to install scrcpy on your desktop, plug your phone to the PC via USB, turn on ADB debugging on your phone and mirror your phone into your desktop (their GitHub page explains how it works). Once there, you can use Loom on your desktop to record your phone. Scrcpy can also record video, but if you depend on Loom's platform, this is also a viable way to do it. The mirroring has great performance and video quality, so chances are the video will look even better if recorded from the desktop side instead of from the device itself. All of that out of the way, here is my actual review on this app: - After I started recording, I closed the app as an instinctive behaviour and couldn't then find the UI to stop recording, so I assumed it stopped. I opened the page and it said it was uploading. This was taking very long so then I assumed it might have not actually stopped and was stuck so I restarted my phone and that recording ceased to exist in the page as well - Add an icon to the quick settings to start recording - Add a non-UI based way to stop recording such as shaking the device - Edit: just lost another star because it seems you share uploads publicly. I've just seen a "Recent Videos" tab with videos from a person I don't know. I've been recording things that can't be publicly published. How can I know it's not being shown to random people in the app as well? I need the publishing link, but I want only the people I send the link to to be able to see it.

Support is great with their fast service and response. The app is wonderful, just wish I can be able to use screen controls like using arrow when I make recording. Otherwise everything else is fantastic and straight to the point even for beginners.

I have no idea how to stop that circular pop-up of my face that has been added to the video capture. It may be useful for some who want to show themselves talking as they comment in the video though.
