Not bad. HUGE PROBLEM is getting stuck in terrain outside of dungeons (rendered immobile), respawns in cemetery after death (sticky terrain) and grind factor. The merchants sell only low quality weapons after you hit level 9, the game has multiple (timed) dungeon & foe types, but it's rather GRINDY. You can upgrade weapons, but cannot upgrade known magic spells. It's got promise. But you'll get stuck on the terrain and be unable to do anything.

I really dig how things are going so far! Nice! Pros: fast gameplay, equipment that shows on character, different dungeons that lvl with you- though can be kept at a lower lvl if needed, hidden chests in overworld, quests, interesting/diverse enemies, nice rewards for upgrading dungeons. Cons: can't break barrels/objects in dungeons, no bows/distance weapons so far (though spells are great), overworld is very small & stays the same, gold intake is slightly too slow. Looking forward to updates!!

A complete HACK & SLASH game. Looks good and plays well. Perhaps I am so in love with playing a rogue that I don't appreciate it enough. I wasn't forced along any preplanned route and I had choices on gear upgrades. I played through the first half of the first map, up to character level five and lost interest. True, the dungeons change so you have to find a new route to the 'boss' each time, but at that point I knew already what the rest of the game would be like. No surprises, no mystery.
