When it works it's great. When it decides it wants to cut in and out it is horrible. And by great I mean it's a fully functional, if not an ideally written piece of software. And by horrible I mean it's garbage that I would throw out if I could as it is unlistenable. Spend a couple of bucks on some software engineers you cheapskates and charge a shekel or two more for the product.

The WiiM Pro+ is a great product, being able to also act as Squeezebox client, it can easily be introduced in my current setup and slowly migrate away from Logitech Media Server. Or maybe not and keep that setup running as well. Also, unlike many other products, the accompanying app is very good. Well thought out, easy interface and some nice features like being able to configure some Spotify lists as presets.

Not once has WiiM worked after initial installation. Setup is always okay from scratch. The next day... always a disappointment when nothing works. Always something wrong. Usually it defaults to optical which you can't disable. When it does keep BT...no sound unless you manually disconnect and reconnect. Sometimes the only thing that gets it working is another full reset and setup from scratch.
