I was so excited to get one until I started using it. Goodness, its dreadfully difficult to manage. when you are running and you accidently touch the screen your stats are gone and never to be seen again. It disconnects itself too and sometimes I only realise all to late. Perhaps consider online access as well. My phone broke and I had no alternative way of logging into my app and reconnecting the watch which rendered the watch useless for a few days.

At the moment it's a very bad experience. I can't seem to sync my bluetooth with the watch and it's not allowing it to show real time information. The app needs serious work, its friendly but it can be simplified even more to make things easier. Any information on your end why it's not syncing to my bluetooth? As it's a waste of a product if it's not bluetooth connected

Not too bad but... I'm unable to open the setting to change the watch face as it keeps saying my permissions aren't allowing access (they're all allowed) I know it seems basic but this was part of the reason I chose this watch over others and I'm finding it frustrating, I've only had the watch 6 hours. I think I'll be returning it and getting a different brand.
