It is an excellent app for travelling in slovakia and czech, it also brings you closer to hungary, poland and ukraine, very useful and well organized, great with their prices and the appearance of the app itself, especially when you compare their prices with the prices of the tickets in austria for example, keep going Leo!

The app works great but no refunds for cancellations on this app using Smile Club, just points accumulation. There are no problems with refunds if tickets are bought on the web without using this app and membership.

Hello, as you wrote - if you are registered, you can cancel your ticket only to leo credits. When you buy ticket as unregisterd, you can cancel to credit card/bank account. As a registered member you are entitled to cashback after each ride with us and many other benefits, which is why we have set up the cancellation policy as follows.

As a service , they have great trains. However their mobile app has given me a really rocky experience as the design wasnt really coordinated with the feature team and the application stability is a 6/10 at best as sometimes the core features become unstable..
