Like many others, app is useless on a newer phone. Crashes without opening on Note 20 Ultra. Doesn't look like the app has been developed or updated in two years. Good thing the humidifier was a thrift store find for $12. At least that still works without the app.

This is a very sorry app. It will not open how am I supposed to turn on my humidifier. I purchased this humidifier because I could use my phone to turn it on. I think this company should send remotes to people who purchased this product!! False advertisement!!!!!!!

It worked on my Samsung S9, but it won't work on my S20. It is so annoying. How am I supposed to work the humidifier without it.
