Onn Item Tracker

Absolute trash. Bought a 3 pack in the clearance isle, 2 had dead batteries (I overlooked this since they were marked down 50%). I downloaded this app, but it will not connect to the device. I can use the device without the app by pairing through the phone's bluetooth menu whenever I need to find my keys, but the app is completely useless. As others have stated, the app will search for a couple of seconds and find nothing even though the bluetooth menu in the phone shows it as an available device.

So far so good. The app is not user friendly at all, but I was able to figure out how to customize the settings for the trackers through trial and error. The trackers responded to the app and vice versa. BUT you have to leave the app open on your device in the background at all times, or the trackers won't work. It seems to work when the phone is in locked screen mode. If it didn't, the trackers would be useless.

The item trackers look nice. Affordable. But the app is useless. Why are they even selling trackers if the app dont work? Im so fruatrated as I just got these for various important items and I cannot select settings button for each tracker, it does nothing when I tap it; I cant view the locations of the trackers because the Lost History doesn't pull up and is gray/blank. I'm quite pissed off about this and woll be returning them and getting something else.
