Still cannot rename my device. The app is directly interfere with that. Location still unnecessarily required for app to function. They only need a zip code. More stars after it's fixed. Whoever answered my email is not the dev, told me they only handle the ThinQ app not this one. Same email but doesn't handle this app? Then told me to contact who I bought it from. Neither of those places handle this app's concerns. Quite suspicious. Still no answers or fixes after a couple years of owning this.

None of the indicators works for LG Puricare Mask 2nd Generation. Battery indicator, Filter indicators, Air Indicator all don't show anything. Please improve this, the mask is a great product don't mess it up with bad app.

App requires permission to access your location and everything stored on your phone. Call me paranoid, but i don't think my air filter needs access to my pictures.
