You say we can upload receipts to our expenses. But the web app has no way of doing this that I can see, and the mobile app only allows you to snap a picture of receipts to an image file. A lot of my receipts are pdfs. On the other software I'm testing, I can just quickly upload the pdfs from anywhere. I sent an email to these guys about this issue, but in 24 hours -- no response. I'm really disappointed, because I like the interface of Notary Assist much better.

I have used this accounting system for almost 3 years and it has been smooth sailing all the way. I've even had times when I needed to reach out and speak with the owner and never had a problem. I would highly recommend this program. They have really covered all bases and it makes tax time a breeze.

Love being able to simply login to the app to enter the expenses and signings without having to use the browser or waiting to get back to the office. Absolutely love the quick view of unpaid and the details!!
