Was working fine for a bit but now the Zelle feature doesn't work every other day. Went down 3 times this week!! It basically works whenever it wants to, but the last few days, I keep getting an error message. I even tried the online version and same issue. Can't even transfer or receive money now. I have a pending transfer coming in and I need to send money to 3 people and can't. very annoying!!!! Fix ASAP or just remove the zelle feature from the app so I can just use the Zelle app directly.

Every time they upgrade/'improve' the software, everything gets borked up. All the user categories get erased, and you have to start over from as far back in your account history that hasn't been archived correcting the categories. The 'AI' Bot has the memory/accuracy of a 5 year old. Even using their Bill Pay miscategorizes payments as a 'check' instead of the payee if they don't take electronic payments. I have to go online to correct such payments as the AI doesn't learn from prior ones.

The app categorizes the transactions for you (would be helpful if it categorized them correctly) then it won't let you manually change it. It also doesn't let you set your account preferences to see certain accounts first. So if you have multiple accounts you'll have to scroll all the to the bottom to see said certain account. It'd be nice to be able to adjust that like you could with the other app. Another MAJOR issue is the app crashes during mobile deposits! You can't see pending transactions
