Pawfit GPS Pet Tracker

App Upgrade is fantastic. I havent yet updated Firmware though. The new ability to scroll through the location history from the Trips tab is great. As is the ability to us multiple audio clips. The GPS works well - although, infrequently the location accuracy is low; this is likely more due to the network carrier and pet location, not device/app. Request: I would love to see a feature to export location history (date/time stamp + gps coordinate + gps accuracy) to a text file or CSV file etc.

There is no way to contact support when something is wrong. The app shows the tracker has 0% battery but I charged it over night and the light was green on the tracker itself. My dog got out, no notification from the app, it still shows he is home, and no way to contact support to get the situation resolved. Don't get it if you care about your pet

Only unpacked the Pawfit 3 last night, and I think it's amazing, first walk in the woods today and I could see where he was all the time. It took the anxiety out of the walk. I got it after he followed another dog walker for over a mile was missing for 20mins, so relieved to know I'll always know which direction to head in to get him back. Love the arrow pointer to help with knowing what direction to go in.
