The new app is terrible. We have gone from the ease of scanning the app to use rewards to multiple screens to click through before you can show the clerk the code they have to enter. Instead of scanning to get credits, we now have to upload each reciept (unless you link a payment to the app, which I will NOT do). I am evaluating whether this new app is even worth the bother to use. If not, the lack of an easy app will likely curtail how often I eat at La Madeleine.

Thank you for your feedback. Your card information is safe with us. We don't store it in our system. It is directly sent to the card providers for enrollment and transaction detection for loyalty credit.

I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS FREAKING APP! If I want to edit something after ordering (but before I pay), I have to uninstall the entire app and then reinstall it because it refuses to load. When trying to scan the app for the rewards, it only has the payment code, which is not the reward code. Meaning: you can only get the rewards by ordering via the app, but cannot edit what you want after you put it in your cart if you change your mind. Don't waste your time on this. It's honestly not worth the hassle. Just order via laptop and not worry about rewards. They're not worth it.

I've made more than 30 purchases that are $4 and over in less than a year. However, the app never let's me advance to the next rewards level. I sent a message and have screenshot my transaction history on the app as evidence. Also, the app will not allow any changes to orders. Plus the orders are never ready when the app says they're ready. According to the store I frequent, it's some sort of bug.
