I'd be glad to use CBS Philly's app and have tried to for many months and updates but it's a very user unfriendly app when trying to check the current weather reports. I don't care about viewing weather reports 8 hours ago? 8 days ago?! And if we need to be instructed on how to use your app then it's not a good app. CBS Philly News should check out ABC6's app to see how it's done right, because I always have to return there if I expect a current weather report along with news.

Recently, whenever I try to click on a puch notification to open up the article in the app, the app does not open, and the push notification disappears. When I try to go into the app and use the Contact Us option, it fails to open to submit a request/problem. I don't know what they did to the app, but it sucks now.

The now unsupported CBS Philly weather app was so much better than this. Now, I cannot get the information I need in the moment, but I do get notifications about every bit of crime happening 30 miles away from me in the city. The radar IS NOT interactive as it claims, only featuring temperature with no option to view live doppler or storm tracks. I suppose I need to use another station's app if I'm to get the information I need.
