Update-whatever they did to fix the crashing problem it worked. 100% of the time, it works flawlessly now. Original review-it worked great for a long time but now just crashes when attempting to open. Uninstall/Reinstall make no difference. Samsung Galaxy S21+

The lack of customization on "combo" items restricts my ability to order as I desire. As a vegetarian, it would be useful to be able to substitute veggie patties onto other burger options. I was also under the impression that a Kyle's Kitchen app would mean KK deliveries. I like the idea of supporting local businesses, however, I've come to realize that deliveries are fulfilled by DoorDash. I do not wish to support DoorDash after CA Prop 22. Don't support the gutting of worker's rights!

Seems like a convenient app, but when I tried to sign up for the rewards program I was denied with this message: "The carrier for the phone number you've provided is not supported."
