The update to the app was a serious step back in Quality of usability. The version prior to current was fairly easy to navigate, where the new one is not easy to navigate nor use. What happened to the ability to order food from the kitchen, the specials seem to have been significantly decreased and hard to find. I loved the previous version, which caused me to chose KnG over the others, but not the case now

Unusable! It seems that every time I open the app it has forgotten my information, and I have to reset my password just to login and use it, I have had to do this 5 times!. I also do not think it is keeping track of my points correctly. I have had to rest my password 5 times since getting this app! Plus the home page on it doesn't show, it's an unusable white page, and when you click the option menu on the left side, half the buttons don't work, especially the account and settings button!

The update is better than the last one, BUT they removed the ability to pay at the pump from the app. I loved that feature and giving 2 stars now because of losing a valuable feature. Also, the app should open immediately to the home page with your rewards barcode, then have anything else load in the background. Waiting 20 seconds just to get my barcode is frustrating when I forget to open the app before getting to the register.
