The apps has a bug. Everytime I open the app, it always popup announcement notification eventhough I closed it many time. The same problem when I select the location to find ticket/schedule, the app always popup announcement notification. When I closed it, need to select again the location. Can't search for tickets. The problem keep repeating. Cannot purchase ets tickets because of this stupid bug.

first time user here! all features are functioning and goes well but idk about the purchasing process because i never make one. from my pov, i have a suggestion about the app feature which is to be able to booking the ticket with certain date and time. this way, i think it would be easier for users to buy ticket online freely or am i the only one that don't know how the buying ticket. but, i hope developers can take note and update the app time to time to fulfill users' satisfaction. thank you

App literally went "Couldnt connect to the network" when Im at the gate. Had to restart my phone (S24U) to finally be able to fix it because killing the app doesnt work. Definitely not a device issue because the internet works for other apps and it was 5G full bar. Version 1.6.0
