ONLINE ORDERING IS BROKEN Tried to place an order for pickup. When I try to enter a new debit card, I had to enter my zip code, as I was typing it, it got entered backwards. Wouldn't let the order go through until I corrected it. So I typed it backward, so it would view correctly. Still didn't like that. However, it managed to charge my debit card twice. Was correctred shortly after that, but I still can't order anything through the app for pick up. Called the corp office, said they'd fix it.

While the Kwik Trip app offers numerous useful features and benefits, navigating through it unfortunately isn't a pleasant experience. The layout feels cluttered and less intuitive, making it difficult to quickly find what you're looking for. However, beyond these issues, the app still remains valuable with its ability to easily locate nearby stores, access deals and rewards, and even order food.

Update: This problem has still not been fixed after more than 2 years. I've already emailed you as requested, attached a screenshot, and did everything I was supposed to do. It hasn't allowed me to order ahead for more than a year. I tried switching locations, uninstall, reinstall, ect but still doesn't work. WhenI chose curbside, carryout, or delivery it comes to a blank page. No one at the stores know how to help me and it has nothing to do with my phone.
