The tap works fine, the metronome is rudimentary and just not very good. There are no options for setting the best emphasis ie on beat 1. 99 cents won't break anyone, but the free version is just as good. Sorry but the response from the developer did not help. It's not worth fighting about. The tap tempo works and there are plenty of good metronome apps out there.

Hi Robert, Thank you for the feedback. You can alter the beat emphasis by clicking on the bar that you want to change. It would change color indicating change of emphasis. Hope that's what you are referring to.

I really like the app except for one annoying issue. I play in a band and I would like the app to immediately flash the tempo that I just tapped into it as the beat was counted out by the director. Too much lag.

Hi Mike, thanks for the feedback!
I have updated the app with the requested option. The tempo won't flash immediately as some time is required to sense if the user has stopped tapping. It will start in sync with the BPM 2 beats after the tapping stops. (Check timeout options).
Please let me know if this works or if you need some changes to it.

BRILLIANT and highly useful studio app. So I can set guitar pedal delay times, it would be useful to have an audio click that I can switch on once I have found the tempo... * Update: I award the app a 6th star.
