Unfortunately I am disapointed. I love the looks and design, manufacturing is briliant, the idea of semi-smart watch is great... But. Features are few, watch disconnects itselve all the time (like 5x a day even if phone is just in my pocket) and reconecting requires me re-starting the app. I cant simply rely on the watch to work.

Sorry to hear about the issue you experience with connectivity. Please make sure that there is no battery save feature in the phone enabled which restricts the Kronaby app from running in the background. Don't hesitate to contact us on support@kronaby.com to get help with resolving the issue.

Excellent service and helped me fix my phone settings. Nothing to do with the watch it was my phone settings preventing the use of watch features. The concept of connected not distracted works for me. I love not having to charge every 2nd day and to see the time as I don't have to put the Kronaby watch to powersaving mode! Minimalist design yet stylish. Just what I need.

I've had a Kronaby for 5 years and overall I'm very happy. I've noticed other hybrid watches show the watch battery % on the phone permanently. It would be great to have this feature. When the battery warning comes on the Kronaby app, it doesn't leave much time to order a battery and get it on time, especially when travelling
