Great app very helpful and easy to use but the process is too slow I have submitted an application to convert copy (old) to card license but it is still stuck in SO Arms having more than 30 days and still didn't proceed for further process. Also there is no contact number or email for complaints and suggestions.

Another feature that needs to be present in this app is renewal of arms license before the expiry date. It is very necessary, because once your licence is expired, it can land you in trouble from that date onwards, and I don't know for what reasons they removed this feature as previously it was available.

Forget password functionality is not working. OTP pin is not received on the active phone number so I can't renew password. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because it's the main and basic functionality of the app.
