Inadequate and frustrating ,the K-smart app consistently fails to verify user OTPs and improperly links to Thiruvalla Municipality’s database, rendering it nearly unusable. With critical functionality issues and a non-intuitive interface, it falls short of its basic promises. Immediate improvements are essential. **Update : The recent update has not solved the problem.One still cannot link a building with the Aadhar number. Can the concerned team look into this please

I downloaded the app after registering on the website first. I did have problems with a bug on the website that did not allow me to link my property and try hard as I may I didn't get a response from their help desk, whatsapp help number or their email Finally, I located another number of IKM on the net and called them. Surprisingly, they were helpful and even called me in 30 mins to inform the bug had been fixed. On the app, aadhaar is unmasked which makes me uncomfortable. Please fix it.

There's nothing "smart" about this app, probably the most dumb app available in the Play Store! Cannot even register the name after OTP verification. The name of the person is auto generated after aadhar card OTP verification. But the app shows the name of the person as invalid and cannot proceed further.
