When you respond to an advert don't automatically add a user to the mailing list of the company that has a listing. This should be an opt in feature. Responding to one property doesn't mean I need to be swamped in my email

This app worked well until about two weeks ago now it keeps saying it cant open the app or says its taking longer to open. I cant view any properties for 2 weeks now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but same thing keeps happening. I cant even log on through google.

This app would be more enjoyable if you could start off where you last left the search instead of starting all over from the beginning every time
