1. It keeps asking to allow notifications every time I open the app, despite the fact that there's already nothing else to allow permissions for. 2. I have to check directly at the pickup to see if my order is ready to collect. Often, the drink is already ready and kept aside, but my app shows that they are still preparing. 3. I can not use the voucher if I order using the app. There is no redeem button that is usable in orders. And under vouchers, I can not press redeem and order from there.

Mobile order resets your options the moment you change the size of your drink. Ended up drinking my milk tea with the wrong sugar, toppings and ice than I had selected before. UIUX needs some work. Topping up the card is also unfriendly as it is limited to multiples of 10. So sometimes if Im ordering a drink that's around 7$ everyday, I need to top up something like 30$ outright for just 3 drinks.

Can't use voucher for app purchase, can't see leaves expiry on app. Used to be able to see detailed breakdown of leaves history, usage, earned and expiry. The website is much better, but koi totally replaced it with no way to go back.. very disappointing
