KonectPasto is a specialist system for intensive pasture management. The system consists of the use of the latest technology, such as data collection carried out through different hardware in the field and a software developed to assist in the monitoring of all the managements involved in the pasture production areas, such as animal movements in the paddocks, adjustments of stocking and supplementation, picket height measurements, rainfall record, fertilization, etc.

Grazing management is guided by the height of the forage canopy, as a guide for animal movements in the paddocks in case of rotational stocking, or for maintenance of the pasture structure in case of continuous stocking. As a way of maintaining ideal pasture structure conditions, which ensures a better balance between forage production and harvesting in
fertilized pastures, the heights collected in the field are used to adjust stocking (increase or decrease animal stocking) or to provide the ideal amount of supplement in the trough, so that grazing management goals are achieved, maximizing pasture responses and of the animal through the balance between supply and demand for forage.

The system has a web platform where the specialist will have access to all the information collected in the field and necessary for making a decision on adjusting stocking capacity and/or supplementation level.

KonectPasto uses scientific data and mathematical equations to ensure that management height goals are achieved, offering efficient solutions with low human intervention for decision making, ensuring greater farm profit with remote management of the main activities of the pasture production, in addition to maximizing the time and quality of services provided by technical consultants.
