The new version of this app is a waste of time. Once you click "order refill" on a listed prescription, there is no confirmation that the order has actually gone through. Nothing. There is no way to check the status of the refill or to bring up even a list of the items that have been ordered. The navigation options are limited and unhelpful, and even the " HELP" link provides no useful information. I will be deleting the app and returning to ordering my refills over the phone.

Lousy app. Don't bother trying to do ANYTHING besides pharmacy info. Thrive Rewards? Forget it. Thrive digital coupons? NOPE! Trying to view digital coupons and it tells me to sign in. I'M ALREADY SIGNED IN! So, I sign in again, and now I can't find the digital coupons. And navigating backward is no use either. This is probably the WORST app I've ever used, as far as integrating shopping and coupons! Even RiteAid, CVS, and Walgreens apps work better!!

This is a good app to use but it is slow and glitches a lot. When I go to the portal it won't even log me in. Needs a lot of work for this app to work. I believe the developers need to look into it more and fix it better to increase the use of this appm
