Citihop is a great service, but the app is awful. So challenging to find where a specific car is available, and then having to scroll through 24 hours of time in ten minute intervals from midnight is such a pain. If a location is selected, I scroll through the 24 hrs of time and pick my preferred time, then if the vehicle isnt available I have to start from scratch. Takes so much effort to find an available vehicle. Frustrating

Pretty good overall. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to know when certain cars (like cargo vans) are actually available, rather than having to insert proposed times and be told, sorry it's booked then. Every time you want to search a new day, the timing also resets to 12am, so it's admin heavy to try to search availability over several days. That's all, it's otherwise pretty good.

Edit: *Bunnings Load&Go is a cheaper option with free kms inc in day rate.* This service is terrible now, not at all competitive anymore, vans and parking hubs are not well maintained. Used to be able to book a cargo van and the all day rate was inclusive of 150km. They've scrapped that now and mandated use of the app, which on my phone, did not work. On my partners it worked, which was just enough to see the fees and delete the app. Contact local rental places.
