My services application aims to:
- Facilitating the connection between service providers from various fields and specializations, manual or digital, and between those requesting these services and those searching for the appropriate person to implement them for them.
-Khadematy App Company, to which the application belongs, plays the role of mediator between the service provider and the customer to ensure the smoothness and security of transactions conducted through the application and that both parties obtain their full and undiminished rights.

-The application saves the customer a lot of time and puts in his hands a large and diverse list of various services that he always needs with an elite group of distinguished service providers who can view the reviews of their previous customers and choose the appropriate ones for him with all objectivity.


Application system and terminology:

-The application allows any user to be a service provider, a customer, or both at the same time, according to his personal skills and his need for the skills of others.

-If you are a service provider, after creating your account and entering the application, you can begin the first step, which is filling out your personal information through the “My Account” button. It requires adding the job title (programmer, photographer, electrician... etc.) and then entering your address. You also need to verify your account through the “Verify Identity” button.
-Then you offer your services through the “My Services” button.
The system for displaying services in the application is based on detailing and defining the service provided with clear precision so that it is measurable and not general words whose limits are difficult to control when they differ. Then you specify the price of this service and the period for which you will implement it and attach an expressive picture of it and then send it for display in the application. If you have other various services, you can offer them in the same way.

-The application allows the customer to search in the list of offered services for the appropriate service for him, and he can communicate with the provider to explain the details to him and they agree. After that, he purchases the service through the available payment methods, so that the service provider then begins directly the implementation process. After the implementation process, the service provider sends His work is for the customer with a request for receipt. If the work conforms to the agreed upon conditions, the customer presses the “Receive Work” button and the application sends the money to the service provider after deducting the application commission from him. If the work is incomplete or needs to be modified, the customer requests that from the service provider, does the necessary, then sends the receipt request again, and so on.

-The application also allows the customer another beautiful option, which is to create a project, that is, a large service that he wants someone to implement for him. So he goes to the “My Projects” button and creates a new project: he writes its details, the budget proposed for him, and the period for which he wants to implement it, and sends it to be displayed in the application. In the form of a tender...and when the service providers see it, each of them can send an offer to implement the project (specifying the details, price, and delivery period). The customer chooses the most appropriate offer for him and pays the price of the project for the application, which is the intermediary between the two parties, so that the service provider begins to implement the project. Implementing the project and delivering it with the same steps that we mentioned in purchasing services.

-The application also allows the customer to view the list of huge service providers registered in the application, sort them according to specializations or residential address, view their evaluations and previous work, choose the most suitable one for him, and chat with him about the service he wants.
