The deals are ok, it's still expensive for a bucket though! Wait times to pickup can vary, one time I waited for 40 minutes while I watched multiple customers going in, ordering, getting their food and heading out or eating. Beats the point of ordering online at times. All in all its a good app though, easy enough to use.

Poorly designed webapp. No prices displayed at menu, password requirements only recongize 8 special characters, 'order tracking' mapping is just a Google Maps API centred on the Australian state of Victoria and, as others have said, poor exception handling. Order arrived half an hour late and over an hour after I had placed it. Not convenient in any way at all, avoid.

Just bad. Completely focused around delivery with nothing for pick up, no offers page, no ordering, not even pricing. The first thing I see when I opent he app is an ad telling me to download their app... Edit: they've added a click and collect which is good. There is no reason for the forced password difficulty, I don't need my KFC app password being more complex than my bank password, I'll be doing a password reset every time.
