The official KFC South Africa app – the app that Hooks you up with the most exclusive offers. Order your KFC favourites online, and collect in-restaurant, Curbside, or via the Drive-Thru – limited delivery.

- Delivery through the APP is limited to 450 restaurants at present. We will be expanding our delivery network in early 2022, watch this space. Collection is available at 850 restaurants, nationwide.

- Order on the app for quick collection/pickup at your nearest KFC
Depending on your nearest KFC, choose between collection up in-store (from front counter), or collection via the Drive-Thru (where available), or Curbside (where available)

- Contactless payment: To protect you and our team, please consider paying online for a faster and fully contactless experience

- When you are ready to collect your food, complete the "check-in" request from your phone so that your food is prepared hot ‘n fresh.

- Show your order number at the pick-up counter or drive-thru window to collect your order.

- Simply register an account to start browsing the KFC delivery or collection menu and you’ll be enjoying our original recipe chicken in no time. Plus, get access to online exclusive deals you can only get through the KFC Hook-App South Africa.

- Curbside collection - order online, park in a dedicated bay at the KFC restaurant and someone will bring your KFC order straight to your car. Available in over 50 restaurants.

I placed an order on the app in Feb and my payment went through but my order did not. Called the restaurant who confirmed my order didn't go through and said my money should be paid back. I emailed customer service about it too. 3 weeks and multiple Twitter complaints with false promises later, KFC still hasn't done anything. 14/05 I reached out to customer service AGAIN. I give ALL the info and get asked to do that AGAIN. Nothing is resolved, this customer service is awful. Do not use this app.

Very bad!!! Placed my order and paid for it..then they send me an sms that my ordere is packed...then after more than a half an hour I got an sms telling me that they could'nt find a driver and they cancelled my order..Till now almost 2 months later no refund!!!! Unacceptable!!! Where is my money????? No food and no money!!! I'll never use this app or KFC again!! Very bad service!

After placing the payment for my order the app crashed and when I opened it, it asked me to sign in again(which I did). After logging in, when I click on my order it shows that my order was completed and i can re order it. My order was never delivered and and I have no option to track my order I've been waiting for hours and still nothing and when I try to oder again it says the location is unavailable for delivery while it accepted it at first and took my money.
