Satori Japanese Dictionary

App has a good looking UI which is not there in most dictionaries on playstore. Also, the functionality of the app is pretty good with kanji stroke order , slang meanings and kana, all present in the app.

Beautifully designed, has all I need. I was looking for an app like that for months. If it had had the probability estimator (with more details) of some sort that would be also nice. I understand that author wants to keep the app simple though. Thank you anyways, I appreciate your work ❤️

It's a great app overall, but if you try to enable rōmaji, you get the message, "Nope! Learn kana, just do it!" This is so smug and condescending. I speak Japanese, and I can obviously read kana, but not everyone who uses a Japanese dictionary wants to actually learn Japanese. There are people out there who just need to paste words and get a rōmaji reading for all kinds of purposes, believe it or not. If the button only exists so that you can mock people who try it, why does it exist at all?
