Kateryna is a subscription to an app that, with the push of a button, calls one of 1,500 mobile response teams when you feel in danger. Kateryna is always on your side. We will provide you with physical protection or take you to a safe place.

On what occasions does KATERYNA come? Can I call her in case of potential danger?
Yes, KATERINA comes in all cases, as soon as you feel that you need help, even if you are just afraid to walk down the street, or some suspicious rascal is following you. If necessary, KATERINA will stay with you until you feel completely safe.

What time will KATERYNA arrive?
Depending on your location, the arrival time may vary, the average arrival time of KATERINA crews is five minutes.

How does KATERINA ensure the quick arrival of the crew?
Kateryna has its own crews throughout the country, and is additionally integrated with a partner network of major security companies. We manage more than 1,500 rapid response groups in all cities of Ukraine, which allows us to choose the group closest to your location and send it to you as soon as possible.

What happens after pressing the button? Do I have to do anything else?
In the application, you will definitely go through training (demo alarm), but in short, the main thing is to (1) press the button and wait for the vibration signal and (2) check the correctness of the determined location and adjust it if necessary. After pressing the button and determining the location, the approximate time of arrival of the crew will appear on the screen. It remains to wait a little and try to avoid the escalation of the conflict before the arrival of KATERINA.

Is this app suitable for children and the elderly?
Yes, the functionality of the application is as simple as possible. You can sign up for a subscription, add your child or elderly relatives to it for an additional fee of UAH 50/month for each added device. Automatic debits will be made from your card - added devices have limited access to your account, access is only to the function of activating the alarm on your smartphone. You will also be able to see when one of the added devices is in danger and has called KATERINA. If necessary, KATERYNA can accompany a child or provide first aid to the elderly.

Tariffs.

In the application, you can choose one of three tariff plans:
Kolizhanka - UAH 199/month.
• Number of free devices - 1 device
• The number of free alarm exits - 1 exit
• Monthly fee for each add. device - UAH 50/month.

Kuma - UAH 299/month.
• Number of free devices - 1 device
• The number of free alarm exits - 3 exits
• Monthly fee for each add. device - UAH 50/month.

Sister - UAH 799/month.
• Number of free devices - 1 device
• The number of free alarm exits - 10 exits
• Monthly fee for each add. device - UAH 50/month.

* One-time fee for each additional alarm trip – UAH 350.

Connect your children and relatives to your account, it is much more profitable, only 50 hryvnias/month. for each new device in the account, and calls included in the selected tariff plan will be available to all family members.

WARNING!
• KATERINA does not track your location, the coordinates are sent to the remote control only if the alarm mode is activated!
• KATERINA strongly recommends adding your current photos when registering, so that the crew can recognize you in places with a large crowd of people.
• WARNING! The phone can give a very significant error when determining the coordinates due to various reasons. But you can always indicate your exact location on the map, specify the floor, entrance, apartment or contact the dispatcher on duty directly in the application immediately after activating the alarm mode.
