Last update is bugged and more cumbersome than the previous version. All my data is gone and adding a payee asks for the bank branch, but there's no field to enter the information. Previous version was much more streamlined and easy to use. Update 1: Updated to the latest version and still has problems. Eg: I have added other cards and bank accounts, but none of them are visible when I go to top up the Flash account. I can't add the bank account either as it says it's already added to the app.

Dear User, We have released a new version of the Flash digital bank account application, which addresses all the technical glitches that were present in the previous update. We encourage you to try out the updated version and reconsider your rating on the Play Store if the issues have been resolved to your satisfaction.

Having Bad experience every time when I try to log in.. It takes long long long time to log in... Their servers going down always... Overall app is easy to use. Update: New update is a worst. 1. Account transfer doesnt work all the time. i. sometimes 'Add money' works sometimes not. 2. Previously saved numbers under "Pay bills' tab vanished i. All the hidden Telecommunication partners have been placed under 'Add New Billers' 3. BOC online transactions are not being updated

The application does not open correctly. Fix the error as soon as possible. We cannot do that when there are agent transactions. Because the app won't open. Another problem is that I can't transfer my money to my other account. My accounts are not showing in the app. The app will show "Add New Account". How to deal with all these errors? Huge disappointment :(
