Disappointment, there are many features which didn't work in this app. 1. The booking management is not linked with the flight purchase from website. 2. I use the same account for 2 phones, bought a flight ticket on 1st phone, the 2nd phone doesn't show the booking. 3. Superjet insist to do check in on the app, however it doesn't send the boarding pass to the email, neither saved the boarding pass in the app. Must do a screenshot to save the boarding pass. Really disappointed.

I rarely give low star rating to an apps but this one apps UI and security need improvements .. while customers are forced to download this apps, it also hard to creating ID where it much requirements to make a password .. even you can't create strong password using password manager.. trying for 10 minutes manually then i successfully make a simple yet vulnerable password that approved by the system .. welldone Lion Group

Thai Lion Air is a pretty good budget airline which is giving Airasia a run for it's money. But the app is not working as intended and that is a big deterrence to frequent flyers. I had booked a flight on this app, but unable to retrieve it for check-in or purchase of seats. There is also an issue with purchasing additional luggage, you must purchase for all the passenger on both ways of the flight in order that it can be processed. Tweak the bugs and make the app work properly!
