The app seems to work fine. However, the actual website will not let me log in and it hasn't let me log in for about a week now. At first I thought it was my password. I had to chat with someone because choosing "forgot password" wasn't working either. An actual person had to send me the reset link. I changed my password and it worked. However, as soon as I log out, I can't sign back in. FIX YOUR WEBSITE. I NEED to upload documents that are on my computer.

We're a new family to all this, and the app is nearly unworkable, which is causing us major issues. At this point the only workaround I've found is t clear cache and all saved data, force stop and restart the app, and log in again. Each and every time I need to look at anything on the app... Several times a day. Definitely gives me a not too small amount of insecurity about the school choice.

We are sorry you are having trouble with the app. Engineering is aware of the problem and is working to fix the issue, but does not have an estimated time frame yet. In the meantime, many of the things the app does can be done on the website. The website is https://login.k12.com and you can use the same credentials to login to the website.

This app used to be great. I could open it and look at my daughters' schedule and see how many overdues they had. I have had this app for 2 years now. For the last month, I will click on their schedule button and it will sit there with the loading icon. I removed it then reinstalled it and it worked immediately afterwards, then no more after that. If this is how it is going to be, I am going to have to remove the app. Please fix your app and I will change the rating.
