Constant network errors no longer tells you the total Rider time it always says 00:00. Garbage app, they need to change this app so that every time you turn off your scooter it doesn't reset the miles so that you can go back and see how many miles you rode on each ride we need more options in this but I'm already frustrated with this app. Oh and shouldn't have to use location either to me anything that wants location is spyware

This app is a privacy breach. It won't even attempt to connect to the scooter unless location is enabled. There is no valid reason it needs that to lock or customize the scooter. It also wants photos and media access. Why? Even with the location enabled, it still does not connect for me. It doesn't help that the scooter Bluetooth icon is only on for 3 seconds. I like the scooter itself, but with this poor app I'm not getting the full functionality for which I paid so I may return it.

It is impossible to connect via Bluetooth to the scooter. Hiboy sent me a new handlebar and it only connected once. Now it cannot find the scooter anymore, even after clearing the cache or unplugging the handlebar. This app is a nightmare
