App was fine for a while, it was a convenient option compared to physical bus tickets - but as of recently, the app won't let me pay with either of my credit cards, citing incorrect security codes every time. One of them is a BMO card which seems to be a theme among users. If you can't accept certain cards, use an appropriate warning, and please don't change the rules randomly on the users. If I didn't have a backup physical bus ticket I could have been out of luck on getting home. Not ideal.

This feedback is for the developer of the app: when having to show two tickets at once to the driver, it's fiddly. The button to scroll between them is too small and there is no swipe functionality. Especially when you are on a busy bus, moving ... surely a big button to move from ticket 1 to 2 would be easy to implement. Secondly, as both tickets look identical, it's hard for the driver to see that there are in fact 2 tickets. Why not make them different colours?

they just changed it so that visa debit cards aren't accepted. what is the point of this?? most public transit users either don't have a credit card or have bad credit and can't get one. you have made it so that many of your riders will have to go back to using paper tickets. you should be ASHAMED of this change. if I could give 0 stars I would.
