This app can be a great app If it didn't turn off, and stop you from watching your cameras every 10 minutes. There is an annoying pop up message that states this video had been playing for more than ten minutes with no one watching, that is not true. You will need to keep tapping continue playing each time it pops up, so annoying. This should not be its a little weird. Updated: It still turns off every 10 min no picture, need to tap to regain picture.

Everything set up really easily, no need to scan the QR codes on the camera. Love the screen on the DVR but text very small on the menu. App is limited and even on low setting the cameras are way too sensitive. Birds flying past and even shadows moving will trigger an 'event'. A preview on playback mode would be useful.

Why is it so slow to load??? It seems with every update, it takes longer to load. It hangs on the splash screen for 10-15 seconds for what purpose? I've used this app since 2021, and have never had issues with the camera functionality. (I have a basic camera system with no ptz or audio). I'd give it a five star rating if it would load instantly like a security camera app should.
