The app is awesome. It allows total customization. The only problem I thought I had with it was the auto timer between sets. I thought you had to keep hitting it but it's only the first time you do a certain exercise. After that the timer will always be on for that exercise.

I've been on the app since it came out, and I've continuously made gains in all my lifts. the personalization and programming is amazing. it's helped me tremendously, and I plan to keep using it for years! the community it opens you to is also incredible!

I love this App and training program. It takes the thinking out of programing your training. I have been using it on and off since before it was an App and on an Exel spread sheet. I put 120 lbs on my total in one year of training.
