The app keeps crashing. And it is so difficult to reset password, because I have no idea what the password is. I was never given an option to set password in the beginning. Now despite attempting for an hour plus, I'm still YET to receive a TAC, and it is truly horrible. Sometimes it feels like it is better to get things done physically than to rely on under-developed digital app. How am I supposed to view my digital roadtax?

App was poorly designed/tested before rollout. 1) The system doesn't seem to be able to handle high loads, failing intermittently or not responding in a timely fashion. 2) While registering, I haven't even indicated my password to use & it went ahead to create my account. As a result, I don't know what the system has set as my password & I'm unable to log in again after logging out. Trying to reset my password via the link "Forgot Password" doesn't work as it didn't e-mail me a TAC.

One of the worst apps ever. It worked for a month or two, then it said my password had expired and asked me to reset it. I obligingly tried to reset it using six-digit TAC sent to my email - six times! Each time I correctly input the given TAC but it said "Error" without explaining what the error was. Conclusion : the app is unusable - I can't use the app to view my road tax.
