Worse parking app ever. When I try to pay it always fails. When I get the barrier, it then asks me to insert a ticket that I don't have as I was let in automatically. Spend ages contacting staff, who eventually enter a payment amount manually, which I pay and leave. But my session still shows as 'active' on the app, with the clock ticking as if I am still parked at Westfield. I have a friend who currently has 5 active sessions at the same car park! Absolutely useless. Will be deleting my account

Same experience as all the other 1 stars, this clearly shows NO ONE IN WESTFIELD MANAGEMENT CHAIN CARES! We're simple cash cows forced to pay for parking and they can't even give a service that works, the previous app and parking service was bad, this one is atrocious. Don't know if it's app directly or the database. But I've been forced to pay manually 4 times now when the barriers won't open automatically and then I also get an auto pay charge for the pleasure! Shame on them

Unable to login. Huge disaster after the ease of Smart Parking. Will just turn up and hope I can pay on the day. Obviously I will delete the App and urge you not to waste your time installing it Just back from Westfield and you can simply drive through the barrier to enter. Then when you leave, visit one of the ticket machines and enter your reg number then pay the amount at the machine. The website has removed all info about this and pushes the app which is not required.
