The app doesnt stay open for more than 5 seconds. It keeps logging out. Tried to reinstall, same thing. So I decides to just uninstall this and look for other apps.

its a good enough app but all videos & pics are men but its a women's app. No videos for stretches. Would be nice if it also incuded warm up excercises.

The app had good tips however logging my workouts didn't show me a weekly thing it clumped all my workouts together. No organization and not user friendly
