This app is totally useless! Nothing works well, the system always shows that the outlets are closed whenever I want to make an order whereas all outlets open as usual. Suggest to scrap this app and focus on the food like Long John Silver's.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. JUST ORDER DIRECTLY. Regretted using this app at Paya Lebar Square. Waited for 20 minutes without any updates to my order status, went in to check with the staff, and that is when they took a look at this random tablet and started to prepare my order. Looks like there is no benefit to ordering via the app at all because they don't even accept the order. UNINSTALLED
