I have been trying to get my money out for3 weeks. When I go to hit payment , their little circle just spins and spins and spins and nothing ever happens. Trying to explain it to them is like trying to talk a dog in the jumping into a fire. They've been no help and uncle I said don't give a damn. Very disappointed do not use this app. One of their customer service representatives actually blamed me and said it was my fault. It's your app i'm just following your directions and having no luck.

Took my money never gave me the crypto currency. Been trying for almost 2 hours to just cancel the purchase no one will assist me with it still no crypto. Just want my money back at this point

It works when it wants. Constant issues sending crypto. Says doesn't recognize my pin. Just have to do it over and over until it goes. Very frustrating
