Very disappointing! I was never able to connect the device, although I followed every step. each time I enter the device code I receive the message "device bound" but I can't find it on my map. I also downloaded the operating app, and it never connects to the device, I receive a message "connection failed" although I can find the device on my WiFi list... even if I connected through the WiFi list it still ain't able to connect. I can not use the device by anymeans!!!

I bought the app with 10 years of subscription. Since installed the dash cam it is offline all time even if there is an active SIM card in it. I am disappointed by the lack of support during the installation process. Once you have it you should be able to have technical support to assist you on the complicated settings to make it work. Every tutorial advertise a so easy process.

GPS often doesn't update and is stuck for hours at certain locations, even though the object is already moving.
