Simple timer that tells you at what stage in ketosis you are in. Visually pleasant and easy to read. With little achievements available. I've noticed that if I edit my start or end time for my fast the total fast time does not change. I hope that is fixed in the future. I also wish there was a space for me to log my meal and snack times.

I downloaded the app yesterday and tried it because it's the only one I've found that's not forcing me to buy a subscription before I try. So far so good. It's user friendly interface, easy to navigate and offers a lot of free options without ads 👏🏾👏🏾 Than you!

I like it. Easy to use and informative, but the use of Kg irritates me. K as in kilo is not capitalized.
