I'm using the app for a week and it's great. For free you can monitor your fasting, choose daile your goal and how long you want to fast. Plus you can monitor your water, steps (if you have Google fit app) and weigth and measurements. I'm very happy about this app and I think I'm going to pay for a full version to gain access to recipes.

I was liking the app, but was getting too many notifications. I've tried to turn them off and it doesn't stop, go back to check and they are all back on. Done this 5+ times...not sure why turning them off won't take.

Love the water tracker and very easy to use. I was using fastic which was great and had a free water tracker but all I get now are prompts to buy a subscription. If all you want is basic tracking of water and reminders of when you start and stop a fast then this is for you!
