Jadens Printer

I downloaded the app and it refused to open. I knew at that point that I didn't want to go any further, like contacting support, etc. I simply taped the package shut and sent request to send back for refund. Terrible! Then, I had to ask shipper to pick up since I don't have access to UPS store. I couldn't even print out shipping label, ironically. That cost is being subtracted from my refund...live and learn.

I'm sorry to say the printer itself is fine, but this app is awful. Can only rotate images 90 degrees, the alignment buttons don't actually align text to the middle of a label, can't really resize images (broken/inconsistent). When you reload a saved label everything is in the wrong place. Can't crop AND rotate images (one or the other), you basically have to edit your label outside the app and use this ONLY for printing, not editing/creating labels.

For anyone having issues printing, try enabling your Bluetooth and your location. I recently tried everything I could to get my printer to work and I could not figure it out when I had previous printed just fine. My phone wasn't discovering the printer until I remembered it asked to use my location. I thought that was odd but I disable my location to save battery sometimes and when I renabled it worked like normal. I hope this helps anyone scratching their head like me.
