OMG. How easy was that. I have never had a remote program itself and in about 10 minutes top's I'm controlling everything in my house and I'm just thrilled that it has become this easy to program a remote and a lost remote locator on your phone to boot! Seriously, I haven't bought a remote in a long time. My old one is way out of date. Thanks for the service you just provided me, and I'm telling everyone I know to get a new remote control for your stuff.

absolutely the best remote I have ever used. I am finally able to consolidate four remotes into one. Easy phone application setup in less than five minutes for cable, TV, DVD and soundbar device control. Figuring out the scenes function (multiple commands with one button) took a little while to figure out, but I can power on-off TV, cable and soundbar with two button entries. Remote allows you to set the Master volume device for those who only use soundbar. Buy this if you see it!

Shockingly bad, both the app and the hardware. The worst I've seen in a long time (which, considering I've worked in the IT field for over twenty years, well.......). Gave it some brand new batteries and fired it up. I had to work to coax the app to pair with the remote (and had to deal with an 'It's-not-our-problem-it's-yours' attitude in the FAQ when I went to get 'help' for my problem. Finally got it to pair. Added my TV to it. It turned it on once, and off once. Have not been able to get it to work since. Waste of time and money. I bought it at Best Buy, going to write my review there next.
